I wouldn't even give it a star. On the two occasions I have had to go in there I have seen people complaining. On my last trip I put £4 into the drier and cancelled it immediately, expecting for the coins to drop back out of the dispenser, however it just took the money. I had to talk to the owner for 20 minutes (on the phone as the idiot running the place refused to help in any way). He told me that he wouldn't refund the money. I told him that my washing was still wet and nothing had been dried. He didn't care. I told him I had to do washing for the next two months as we're doing building work and that if he didn't refund I would take my £120 of business elsewhere. He didn't care. I hope it closes soon.
