Had given a school blazer for drycleaning to the Tolworth drycleaning branch. While collecting it today evening at around 4 pm (on 03 Sept 2014) I noticed that the cord lace all around blazer edge was shredded at several places which has made the blazer practically unwearable. There is no way this can be worn any further. Instead of providing help, the guy at the counter refused to accept the damage done. I refuse to believe this damage is attributable to normal wear and tear. Extremely disappointing service. The Surbiton Boys school blazer costed me £75 and is now unwearable. No apology or service refund was provide nor any kind help in terms of whether this can be repaired and how. The school opens tomorrow and my kid does not have his complete uniform! I am never ever going back there.
